Our Eye Care Practice in Livermore, California

I’m a new customer after recently moving to the area, and I couldn’t be more impressed with Livermore Optometry Group. After breaking my glasses on a business trip, I stopped in hoping for help and they took care of me right away and then scheduled a follow-up eye exam for just two days later. The office runs incredibly efficiently with plenty of staff and seamless handoffs. I never felt like I was waiting. The technology and equipment are cutting edge, and I had a comprehensive exam, selected new glasses, and was out in about 50 minutes. I also appreciated that they started me with reasonably priced frame options, which made the process easy. Great service, great facility, and a great overall experience. Highly recommend.

The eye exam was complete and thorough. The personnel are professional and knowledgeable and took care at every step of the examinations. Dr. Shawna Kuntz thoroughly examined my recent eye surgery and explained my current situation and what to expect in the future.

Everyone was very helpful and considerate. It is always a pleasure to go there. Dr Kuntz is outstanding and very helpful.

The Doctor’s that worked on my prescription and lens along with the whole office is the best I’ve ever experienced. I’m fortunate to have found them and can’t say enough about what they did to get my prescription as good as it could possibly be. It’s top notch across the board and would recommend them to anyone.

From the moment you step into the lobby, the welcome is a positive experience. All employees from reception, medical aides, Optometrists, Opticians' (fittings) are kind, thorough and comprehensive. The eyeglass frame options are plentiful, too.

I am not a patient here, but when my glasses and contacts were lost in my luggage during a work trip, they came to the rescue. The staff was incredibly friendly and got my contact samples to get me through the trip. Thank you so much!
